Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation And Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 days after dispatch.

Our company is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges applied to your order during or after shipping.

All applicable fees imposed by customs authorities or local regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required when submitting your claim.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Please note that deliveries to these addresses may require additional transit time.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details, to assist you in contacting the shipping provider.
